Crochet your own adorable blue chicken cross-body bum bag (also called a messenger bag or fanny pack) with this downloadable PDF crochet pattern. Agda is a practical chicken with happy eyes, a cute purple lining and a handy zipper. The main bag is 20 cm (7.75") wide and 12 cm (4.75") deep (not including the head and the legs), and the bag strap measures approximately 70 cm (27.5" ) but can be made to a custom length.
Agda the Chicken bag is perfect when you're out and about wearing dresses without pockets. It's big enough to fit your phone, wallet, keys and other trinkets that you like to bring with you on adventures. Make it for yourself or gift it to someone you know who loves chickens and fun goofy bags!
And yes, this blue version is very much inspired by my favorite game, Stardew Valley. 💙

I really love the positive and encouraging atmosphere in the facebook group and on discord.
I adored making Luna, the pattern was clear and a joy to work up! Mine turned out larger due to yarn weight I used, but I love her!

By now I have lost count of how many CALs I have made with Garnknuten. But they are so much fun and the characters are so cute. And Tom the Tiger is no exception. Love him! The little scarf was also the icing on the cake :D

The cutest pattern ever 😍
As with the previous pattern from Garnknuten, this one is also great! Clear instructions for a great results!
Easy pattern to follow and lovely result :) 10/10 Recommend
I saw this cute pattern last fall but didn’t get around to making it. When fall rolled around this year, I put it at the top of my list. I watched the videos from the October 2021 CAL, but purchased the written pattern since I decided to make multiples. The pattern is clear and easy to follow. It was also easy to alter to make slightly smaller bats. I recommend her patterns…they are so cute!

I made Leopold as a gift for a 1 year old. He was perfect! Super cute and quick to make. Few parts to sew, which I, not being one for sewing, appreciated. As usual, great instructions and easy to follow the pattern.
