I am having trouble accessing the member hub, I keep getting a message I haven't joined but I have paid. Plus I did not receive the first part of the CAL.

To help resolve this, could you please check whether you've registered an account on the website using the same email address you used when signing up for the club? Access is tied to that specific email, so this might be the issue.

Joined to Participate in a CAL

I have only used the membership to participate in the Frosty Forest CAL. The CAL has been fun but working 10 hours a day and having some other commitments has made it hard for me to keep up. From what I have completed, I'm sure that I will be happy with my winter critter!
