In October we'll be crocheting together for the 19th time!Ā š¤Æš„³ Do you like surprises, amigurumi, and connecting with like-minded people? Then you'll love this event!
Mystery crochet alongs are fun digital events where you get to discover a brand new amigurumi, part by part, together with other amigurumiĀ makersĀ during a certain period of time.
In the beginning of October we'll discover a brand new pumpkin sweet happy amigurumi together.
Down below you'll find abbreviations, color keys, and other things that are good to know before the crochet along starts 1st of October. Welcome to the party!
I hosted my first CAL in December 2018 for a small crowd of amigurumi enthusiasts.Ā Ralf the mooseĀ was the first amigurumi we crocheted together and he stole many hearts that December. Since then my annual crochet alongs have grown rapidly and over 5000 people have participated so far. Last year in October we crocheted Winona the Witch together.
The secret PDF pattern is divided into 5 pieces + assembling instructions. The parts will be sent to your inbox 1-2 days apart and we'll wrap up the crochet along with a live assembling party (hosted on YouTube) onĀ Saturday the 12th of October 6PM (Helsinki time).

KEEP THIS IN MIND
- Make sure you crochet pretty tight all the way, so you donāt get large holes between the stitches. If you crochet loosely, I suggest you test a smaller hook size (ex.Ā 3.00 mm) so that the stuffing doesnāt show once youāve filled the toy.
- All parts will be worked in spirals (if the pattern doesnāt say otherwise) - so you donātĀ have to think about closing the rounds.
- A stitch marker can help you keep track of the beginning of your rows.
